CALDWELL:Hello?
HAMMOND:Mr Caldwell, thank you for picking up. I'm Sally Hammond, Sarah's line manager at TriCare. I hope I'm not disturbing you.
CALDWELL:No, that's - no. Is everything alright?
HAMMOND:I'm calling because Sarah hasn't been in since yesterday. She came in yesterday morning and then vanished. It was really weird. We haven't been able to reach her. Did she come home last night?
CALDWELL:That's - sorry, say that again.
HAMMOND:She hasn't been in since Monday. We've tried her mobile and email. Nothing.
CALDWELL:I assumed she was at work. I thought she was staying late. She does that sometimes.
HAMMOND:Mr Caldwell, it's Tuesday. This was yesterday.
CALDWELL:Yes. I know what day it is.
HAMMOND:Have you tried contacting her?
CALDWELL:She must be at home. Have you tried - wait. Of course I've tried. She's not picking up. She does this. Goes to her sister's without -
<pause>
CALDWELL:Has she said something to someone at work?
HAMMOND:I just need to establish she's safe.
CALDWELL:She's been under enormous stress. She hasn't been herself. Paranoia - she's been experiencing paranoia. Thinking things were happening to her. I've been trying to get her help. If she's said something at work you have to understand the context.
HAMMOND:I see.
CALDWELL:What has she said?
HAMMOND:I think at this point I may need to contact the police.
CALDWELL:Don’t do that - let's not do that just yet. Give me until tomorrow. I'll find her.
HAMMOND:Mr Caldwell -
CALDWELL:Please. Just give me until tomorrow.
